Mr. Britt uses his experience and ability to serve clients in many critically-important areas of the law. He has decades of experience in the cannabis industry and currently serves as the Chair of the Cannabis Section of Colorado Bar Association, having seen the market go from the highs of legalization to the lows of over-saturation. Mr. Britt also holds a contract with the Office of Alternate Defense Counsel, working tirelessly to safeguard the constitutional rights of his clients as Municipal Public Defender for the City of Northglenn and court-appointed counsel in Larimer County, both in Fort Collins and Loveland.
In his personal life, Mr. Britt spends his free time tending to the urban farm in his backyard, playing board games, or trying to learn how to dance without stepping on his fiancée’s toes.
